Transfer students at Eastern Nazarene College experience the same high-quality education and affordable financial opportunities as any other student at the college.

Eastern Nazarene College offers scholarships and grants in recognition of a transfer student’s academic achievements in addition to need-based support. A transfer student’s financial aid award is offered after acceptance to the college.

All incoming transfer students receive a merit scholarship determined by their cumulative GPA from all institutions attended.

2020-21 Scholarships & Financial Aid for Transfer Students
$14,000 Presidents Scholarship 3.5 – 4.0 College GPA
$12,000 Trustees Scholarship 3.0 – 3.49 College GPA
$10,000 Dean Scholarship 2.5 – 2.99 College GPA
$8,000 Achievement Scholarship College GPA that meets the institution’s admissions standards
$5,000 Nazarene Scholarship Awarded to students based on involvement with the Church of the Nazarene.
$2,500 Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Awarded based on Phi Theta Kappa membership. Must be indicated on application.
$2,000 Dependent of Pastor or Missionary Scholarship Awarded to the dependent of full time pastors or missionaries. Must be indicated on application.
$1,000-$5,000 Endowed Scholarship (By application) Awarded based on need or donor directives.
$1,000 Multiple Student Scholarship Awarded when two or more siblings attend ENC during the same academic year.
$1,000 Alumni Dependent Scholarship Awarded to the dependents of ENC alumni. Must be indicate on application.
$1,000 QEP Scholarship Awarded to local residents of Quincy, Weymouth, Randolph, Milton and Braintree.
$500 Church Matching Scholarship ENC will match a scholarship check from a church of any denomination up to $500 once per year. The church must complete the Church Matching Form.

Institutional scholarships are applied only to tuition and may never generate a credit balance. Annual awards are distributed in two equal payments. Institutional scholarships require a minimum load of twelve credit hours each semester and will not be awarded beyond eight full-time semesters. Scholarships are renewed in the fall semester of each academic year provided the student maintains the required GPA.

All students are encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for Institutional scholarships.

FAFSA ineligible students and international students should complete the International & FAFSA Ineligible Student Financial Aid Application to be considered for institutional scholarships.
