Move In Information
Roommate and Room Assignments
Every new student will need to complete the Housing & Commuter Application to let us know whether they intend to live on or off campus, accessed through the ENC Student Portal.
Students will be able to use our housing program to select their own roommate until late June. After that time, the ENC housing office will match roommates based on application responses. Students that have completed their Housing Application will be assigned rooms the first week of July. Throughout the rest of the summer, room and roommate assignments will be made as applications are submitted. Students will be notified by ENC email after they are placed. Any questions or requests can be emailed to housing@enc.edu.
New Students
New Students receive an email over the summer with their roommate information, building, and room assignment, as well as important welcome information. Additional email are sent in August that designate a specific move-in time. It is crucial for students to arrive during their designated time so that Student Life is prepared to assist with the move in process. Students who arrive late may not be able to visit the necessary departments required to complete check-in.
Students must check the approved items list to ensure that they are bringing those items that are permitted in the residence halls.
