When do I receive my Welcome Email?
Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) sends you a welcome email within 48 hours of your acceptance. It includes links and instructions to access our Portal so you can set up your official ENC email and log in. It is extremely important to log into your ENC account and set up your log in information and email as soon as possible because all official communication will be sent to your ENC email address. If you have not received your welcome email, you should check your junk or spam email folder.
What does my Academic Advisor do?
Your Academic Advisor will be your support throughout the program. They will introduce themselves to you in an email message and let you know how they will help you during your time at ENC. Your advisor will also reach out to you personally to talk to you about registering for classes. This email will be sent to your ENC email address.
Who do I contact if I have Billing Questions?
You will receive an email from our Financial Aid and Student Financial services representatives. They will introduce themselves, explain their roles, and provide contact information. They will be able to help you with all of your financial aid, scholarship, and payment questions.
How do I apply for Federal Financial Aid?
To apply for need-based financial aid, including Federal Financial Aid, you should complete the free application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). By filling out the FAFSA you will learn about your aid eligibility. If you would like assistance with your FAFSA you can set up a time to meet with our financial aid representatives.
Is there other aid available outside of Federal Aid?
Adult and Graduate Studies students who are interested in securing a robust financial aid package can explore grant and scholarship opportunities in addition to loans. Explore Scholarship Programs available to students who are residents of Massachusetts.
What is NSO and is it important?
NSO stands for New Student Orientation. Each student is required to complete this course. The NSO course will walk you through everything you need to know as a new student including:
- How to get your parking pass.
- How to get your student id.
- How to register for classes.
- How to navigate through Canvas.
- Information about Health Services.
- How to access support services.
