Eastern Nazarene College Appoints Lesley Britton as Director of Undergraduate Admissions

Oct 26, 2021

Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lesley Britton as Director of Undergraduate Admissions, effective on October 26, 2021.

Lesley comes to ENC with 9 years of higher education experience, having served as an Admissions professional in various capacities at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as her most recent role as Admissions Director at Sattler College. Her expertise in formulating and implementing targeted recruitment strategies, overseeing financial aid and marketing practices and collaborating with partners both on and off campus, will greatly contribute towards the advancement of the College. Her recent accomplishments have included leading and achieving aggressive enrollment growth, while creating the systems and strategies needed to support continued success.

“I am thrilled to join the enrollment team at ENC. In a lot of ways, joining ENC is like a homecoming for me. Both of my parents are alumni and I have known many family members and friends that have graduated from ENC and gone on to do amazing things for Christ and His Kingdom. I look forward to drawing from nine years of experience in higher education at three previous colleges in the Boston area to further developing the special niche that ENC holds in Boston and in the realm of Christian higher education. I am excited to work alongside my new colleagues and it is an honor to be entrusted with the task of bringing together the next class of students from all over the world to take part in all that ENC has to offer from rigorous academics, competitive athletics and a commitment to graduating young adults that are truly going to make a difference,” Lesley expressed.

As Director of Undergraduate Admissions, Lesley will provide direct oversight and supervision of the Undergraduate Admissions Team, strategic input and implementation throughout each recruitment cycle, and collaborative work with partners across campus.

“ENC is thrilled to welcome Lesley Britton as our new Undergraduate Admissions Director. Her varied and impressive experience in recruitment and admissions work, combined with a deep and extensive historical connection to the institution itself, provides a dynamic foundation for the work she will undertake at Eastern Nazarene College,” states Dave Burke, Interim Vice President for Enrollment.

Lesley received a Bachelor’s degree in History from Wheaton College and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration.
