The 2+2 Bachelor of Arts in Management (BAM) degree completion program is a professional academic program for adult students. It is a 42 credit program for students who have already earned an Associate degree in any field or who have a large number of transfer credits. This program stresses the development of analytical skills in the area of management including leadership, ethics, accounting, economics, marketing, business law, and human resources.
