The application process for international students can be difficult and sometimes lengthy, but you’ll have a dedicated International Admissions Counselor to help you with all questions from starting your application to arriving on campus!

International Application Process

Freshmen and First-time Students to the US

  1. Submit your FREE application to ENC. Your application to ENC is also the application for academic and merit-based scholarships.
  2. Send your SAT or ACT exam results.
  3. Send your Official Transcript. You may be asked to send your transcripts through a foreign credential evaluation service if you have attended a non-U.S. school for any High School/Secondary equivalent or University institution. You can use any organization found at www.NACES.org.
  1. Submit your TOEFL or IELTS exam results. This exam can be waived if your secondary school/university medium of instruction is English and you were not enrolled in any English support classes.
  1. Submit the International Student Data Form.

F-1 Students Transferring from another U.S. institution:

  1. Submit your FREE application to ENC. Your application to ENC is also the application for academic and merit-based scholarships.
  2. Send in your Official University Transcript.
  3. Submit the International Student Data Form.

Certification of Financial Support

This form must be completed by the applicant, financial sponsor and/or bank certifying the assured financial support for the applicant’s first year. Total budgetary costs for an academic year at Eastern Nazarene College are listed on the form.

Your Admissions Counselor will send you the form after you qualify for admission.

Enrollment Deposit

A $200.00 enrollment deposit is required to enroll at Eastern Nazarene College. All International applicants, upon admittance, are required to submit their enrollment deposit by May 1 for Fall semester or by December 1 for Spring semester enrollment. The deposit is non-refundable after the above deadlines. You may pay online or send a check or money order through the mail to the below address:

Financial Aid

Eastern Nazarene College offers institutional financial aid to all International students that meet admissions requirements. Your application to ENC is also your scholarship application. If you are accepted to ENC, we will create a financial aid package based on your academic (ACT, SAT, or University GPA) achievements and your involvement both in and outside of education that you have listed in your application or through recommendation letters. An award letter will be sent to you that details the scholarships you will receive from ENC.

International Payments

ENC has partnered with Flywire to streamline the tuition payment process for international students. With Flywire, you are offered excellent foreign exchange rates, allowing you to pay in your home currency (in most cases) and save a significant amount of money, as compared to traditional banks. You will also be able to track where your payment is in the transfer process and an email confirmation will be sent to you when your payment is received by the school.
