Students Say Thank You to Donors
Published: May 14, 2013
Back by popular demand, on Wednesday, April 24, ENC’s Alumni and Development Offices hosted their second annual Late Night Breakfast. Students were invited to take a study break, come and enjoy some late night pancakes and write thank you notes to ENC’s generous donors. President McGee led the pancake cooking with her “Chef McGee” apron and trusted fellow administrators Scott Turcott, Jan & Sheryl Weisen, Vern Wesley, and Linda Scott assisting her, as well as several other faculty and staff. At the end of the evening, there was a drawing for an iPad, $250 scholarship, and other gifts and prizes.
Several hundred students attended and over 1,000 thank you notes were written to nearly 400 donors who invested in the ENC Fund from July 1, 2012 ? April 19, 2013 ? if that includes you, then be watching for some thank you notes in your mailbox!
President Dr. Corlis McGee and VP for Institutional Advancement Dr. Scott Turcott are ready to cook up some pancakes!
