Stephanie Beatrice to Direct ENC A Cappella Choir

Building upon its long tradition and reputation in a cappella music, the Eastern Nazarene College music department has announced the addition of Stephanie Beatrice as an adjunct faculty member and the new director of the ENC A Cappella Choir.
Beatrice received her Bachelor of Music Education, with vocal concentration degree from the University of Maine. She then went on to receive her Master’s degree from the New England Conservatory of Music. She earned her Master’s degree in Choral Conducting, with advanced studies in conducting, vocal pedagogy, score reading, and choral literature. She currently serves as the Music Director Norton High School (Norton, Mass.) where her classes include: Choir, Band, Percussion, Theory, Appreciation, as well as after school Pep Band, Jazz, Select Choir, and A Cappella.
Beatrice is a member of the following organizations: American Choral Director Association (ACDA), Kappa Delta Pi, the International Honor Society in Education, National Association for Music Education (NAfME), Massachusetts Teacher Association (MTA), and the Maine Music Education Association (MMEA).
