Eastern Nazarene College (ENC) president Jack Connell is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Tim Rees as Vice President for Enrollment Management. Dr. Rees comes to ENC from Erskine College in South Carolina, where he served as Dean of Enrollment Management and oversaw the student body’s growth to the largest in school history. Dr. Rees is a first-generation college graduate, with an undergraduate degree in business administration, an MBA and a Doctorate in Education from Liberty University. Dr. Rees also had a successful career in the financial services industry and served in the US Marines for ten years.
As Vice President for Enrollment Management, Rees will have responsibility for providing strategic leadership to all aspects of student recruitment at ENC, including undergraduate admissions, adult and graduate admissions, marketing, and student financial services. President Connell stated: “Dr. Rees brings to this role outstanding professional and academic qualifications, great passion for Christian higher education, and the heart of a servant-leader. He has a track record of helping institutions meet and exceed their enrollment goals, and I am confident that his leadership here will generate positive results for us as well.”

Dr. Rees has been married to his wife Cheryl for 35 years and they have four children, ranging in age from 16 to 27 years old. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, participating in the life of his church and a variety of sports. Dr. Rees begins his role at ENC on July 11.
