ENC Lion seen at Prudential Center
Published: December 8, 2010
Thousands of people hoping to be part of a world record event came to the Prudential Center to spread holiday cheer this past Saturday, and the ENC Lion was one of them.
The Boston Pops conductor Keith Lockhart and the Tanglewood Festival Chorus invited thousands to sing Christmas carols in hopes of setting the world record of 7,514 people singing Christmas carols for 15 minutes straight. Although the record was not accomplished, everyone had a great time, and our beloved Lion was a huge hit among the carolers. If you want to see what the event was all about, WHDH, Boston’s NBC station, covered the event.
