Event Set Up Requests

A request for an event set up should be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance if possible through the SchoolDude work order system to allow for the proper planning of personnel to be assigned and equipment requested to be assembled. Please notify Facilities of any event changes or cancellations as they occur.

Contact the Security Office at x3911 or 617-745-3911 for after hours and weekend maintenance issues and they will contact the on-call maintenance person to assist you.
