Email Settings

Settings for Exchange Clients
Below are the settings you will need to configure a mobile or desktop Exchange client to connect to your ENC email account. This includes clients such as the desktop version of Outlook, default iOS Email, and default Android email.

Note:
If you have difficulty establishing the account using the ENC-AD\ prefix, you should try setting up the account without it. There seems to be some variation with email clients and mobile devices as to whether it is required, optional, or causes a problem.
Settings for IMAP and POP Clients
Below are the settings you will need to configure a mobile or desktop IMAP or POP client to connect to your ENC email account. This includes virtually all email clients and the external mail retrieval functions built into services such as Gmail.
