A Cappella Choir Presents Valentine Concert

Eastern Nazarene College’s A Cappella Choir and Women’s Ensemble presented a Valentine’s Day concert at 7:30pm on Thursday, February 20 at Central Baptist Church in Quincy Center.
The concert featured a wide variety of love songs ? including classical, folk, and contemporary arrangements ? under the direction of Dr. Timothy Shetler. The concert was presented in collaboration with the South Shore Performing Artist Series.
ENC’s A Cappella Choir and Chamber Singers tour regularly in the New England and Mid-Atlantic states. In addition to performing internationally, the choirs have performed at New York City’s Carnegie Hall and Lincoln Center, and at Boston’s historic Jordan Hall at New England Conservatory.
A suggested donation of $15 to $20 was taken at the door. Seniors and students with a valid school ID were invited to make a donation of their choice.
Central Baptist Church is located at 67 Washington St. in Quincy Center, across the street from the Thomas Crane Public Library. The church is handicapped accessible via the Foster St. entrance. For more information, contact the ENC Box Office at 617-745- 3715.
