Welcome to ENC Store!

Located on the first floor of the Mann Student Center, the ENC Store primarily provides textbooks and educational supplies. We also carry a variety of snack foods, sodas, juices, greeting cards, gifts, and books. The ENC Store is the only place to find authentic ENC apparel.

The ENC Store provides services which include Fed Ex Ground Shipping and faxes, as well as special orders on Christian music and general books. If we don't carry an item we will do our best to locate it for you - just ask.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What methods are available for purchasing items at the ENC Store?
    • The ENC Store accepts payments of cash, credit card (except American Express), check (no starter checks), gift certificate, and personal account (Student Charge Account).
  • How do I open a Student Charge Account?
    • All Student Charge Accounts are debit accounts and must be prepaid. Setting up Student Charge Accounts is done through the cashier (located on first floor Gardner). Once the account is set up and a deposit made, purchases may be charged in the ENC Store against the account balance by showing the student ID card. It is the responsibility of the student to maintain his or her account through financial aid. (We have NO access to credit your account.)
  • May I use my parent's credit card for purchases?
    • No. In the past the ENC Store has accepted this as a valid method of payment, however due to the liability risk we are unable to accommodate this process.
  • What is the ENC Store's return policy?
    • SAVE YOUR RECEIPT. Books are returnable up to seven calendar days from the start of the class with a receipt. New books purchased wrapped in shrink-wrap must remain in the plastic in order to be returned.
  • What is Buyback and when does it occur?
Buyback is the event when students can sell back their books from the semester for CASH! Buybacks occur in September (new), December, February (new), and May.
